We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To make returns as smooth as possible, please follow the guidelines below.

 

Return Timeframe

• 28 Days: You can return your order within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

 

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Return Methods

• In-Store: You can return items at our retail store. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• By Post/Courier: Returns via post are at your own expense, but we can arrange collection for an additional fee. Email sales@babycareshop.ie with "RETURN" and your order number in the subject line to initiate the process.

 

Return Guidelines

• Ensure products are packaged in an outer box or protective bag. Items with damaged original packaging or writing on it will not be accepted.
• Furniture, assembled items, and opened bedding or breast pumps cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Please complete the attached returns form and include it in the box with the returned items.
• Customers who change their mind after the goods have been dispatched will receive a refund minus the original shipping costs, as the courier charges for the dispatched items cannot be refunded.
