Babycare works with DPD Ireland and Fastways.

How can I track my order?
Please contact Babycare if you have not received your delivery within the stated timeframe. We don't yet have a tracking order system in place for our customers but we can track your order and get this information for you if your order is delayed.

Where can I get my delivery shipped to?
We ship to Ireland. If you would like delivery to an address outside of Ireland, please contact us for shipping costs. In general this can be arranged.

What are the shipping fees?
All orders over €50 have no delivery charge within Ireland. Any order under €50 incurrs a delivery fee of just €5,95.

Do you accept One 4 All Giftcards?
Yes we accept one 4 all giftcards in our store in Wicklow town. For online orders, we cannot process payment with a One 4 All giftcard directly on our website but if you call us, we can take payment over the phone using your giftcard and process your order like a regular online order

Where is your baby shop and is it easy to park nearby?
Our store is based in Wicklow town. We are located behind "The Brass Fox" pub down by the seafront. In front of our shop, there are many parking spaces available which is also very handy when buying carseats as we can fit them for you in front of the shop.
